Alexandra Silva Labarr is a marketing strategist, TEDx speaker, TEDx youth speaker coach, three-time author, and community builder based in South Florida. With more than two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and business development—including 18+ years in construction and commercial real estate—she helps business owners clarify their services, strengthen their brands, and build relationships that create opportunities.

Her career spans leadership roles from Regional Marketing Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development in commercial roofing. In 2019, she founded Xandra Marketing & PR, bringing her corporate experience and entrepreneurial perspective to businesses seeking personalized, hands-on marketing support.

Through brand strategy, private coaching, and marketing services, Alexandra helps clients connect who they are with what their businesses deliver. Her approach brings personal and company branding into alignment, helping business owners communicate their expertise clearly and position themselves as trusted advisors.

Alexandra is the author of The Power of Networking: Making High-Level Connections, Show Up Scared, and Show Up Scared – Teen Edition. Her TEDx talk, Fear Is Data: Updating the Operating System Running Your Life, reflects her commitment to helping people understand fear, take action, and build momentum. As a TEDx youth speaker coach, she also helps young voices shape their stories and communicate with confidence.

She is the founder of TPN Community, a global women’s networking organization with 30+ chapters, and the producer of Elevate, an annual conference entering its fourth year in 2027. These platforms extend her work beyond marketing, creating spaces where professionals can connect, gain visibility, and grow as leaders.
